The short version?
We're a family-run, Bristol-based physiotherapy clinic specialising in sports injury rehabilitation - nice to meet you!

The slightly longer version?
Henleaze Physio Clinic was started by Sue in 2006 and passed on to the very capable hands of daughter Becky and friend Elise in 2023 when Sue decided it was time to take a step back from the business and semi-retire.
​
Whilst all 3 ladies' have a background of working closely with elite athletes, they're passionate about their services being accessible for everyone. Whether you have an injury from pottering around the house or taking part in a 100m sprint, or perhaps you want to get ahead of the game and work on injury prevention and improving your performance, HPC can cover it all!

Already Injured?
Physio & Neurophysio
​
Initial assessment, diagnosis and treatment which could include hands-on and/or exercises.
If you're adjusting to life following a stroke, or living with other neurological conditions, book in for your initial neurophysio assessment with Chloe.
Massage & Complimentary Therapies
​
60, 45 or 30 minute sports massage, deep tissue massage and relaxing massage availanle, as well as trigger-pointing techniques available. We also offer cupping & dry needling which can be included in your massage appointment.
Rehab
​
Progression of exercises and may include hands-on treatment depending on the injury. Can be done in-clinic or a gym setting.

Strength & Conditioning
​
Improve your physical performance through prescribed exercise, adapted to your respective sport. Gym-based sessions delivered at Bank Fitness. Please email becky@henleazephysoclinic.co.uk for more info.
Recovery
​
Loved by elite athletes, these compression boots use pressure to increase the circulation in the legs to aid DOMS & general sporting aches.
