Neurophysiotherapy & Vestibular Physiotherapy

Neurophysiotherapy rehabilitation for adults with stroke, MS and Parkinson’s. We specialise in vestibular rehabilitation – helping patients with dizziness and balance disorders. We’re based in Bristol and our physiotherapists specialise in using bespoke rehabilitation alongside exercises that help to optimise stability, strength and movement. This service is for adults. For children with neurological conditions, a specialist children’s neuro physio is the best fit.

Pricing: Initial consultation: £80 (45 minutes). Follow-up sessions: £65 (45 minutes) –

Children’s Physiotherapy

We treat active kids aged 5 and over with muscle, bone and joint problems. That includes sports injuries, growing pains, posture aches and getting back to sport after a broken bone. We also help young athletes get ready for tournaments, sports days and club season.

Ages 5+. Muscle, bone and joint problems. For babies or neurological conditions, a specialist children’s neuro physio is the best fit.

Pricing: Initial consultation: £65 (45 minutes). Follow-up sessions: £65 (45 minutes), £50 (30 minutes).

Vestibular Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy can assist individuals who struggle with conditions that affect their balance or nervous systems. Chloe, our specialist in Neurological and Vestibular Physiotherapy, offers treatment for adults with various conditions, including:

Strokes
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Parkinson’s Disease
Dizziness
Balance issues
Vertigo
Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)

Medical Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one of the many skills used within physiotherapy as an integrated approach to the management of pain and inflammation and as a means of stimulating the body’s own healing chemicals in order to aid recovery and enhance rehabilitation.

– Reduce stress and improve relaxation.

Home Visit Physiotherapy

We believe physiotherapy should be accessible to everyone, which is why we offer home visits for those who can’t travel to our clinic, including people recovering from injury, managing a condition, or needing support after an operation.

Our Chartered Physiotherapists can come to you, providing expert care in the comfort of your own home. This service is ideal for neurological, musculoskeletal and post-operative care, as well as anyone who would benefit from safe, personalised support at home.

Home visits may be suitable if:

You are unable to leave the house because of your health or mobility.
You need support recovering from an injury or managing a long-term condition.
You are recovering after surgery and need help with rehabilitation.
You would feel safer or more comfortable receiving physiotherapy at home.

Our home visit physiotherapists are DBS-checked and regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Reformer Pilates

Alongside Henleaze Physio Clinic we have launched Bristol Pilates Co., a Reformer Pilates studio based next door to the physio clinic.

Becky Belbin (Hughes) - Chartered Physiotherapist & Graduate Sports Rehabilitator.

Becky, Co-owner of HPC, specialises in sports injuries and Pilates. After gaining two Degree’s and many years working in Academy sport, professional and International Football, Becky took over HPC from her Mother, Sue Hughes in 2023. Becky’s case load is varied, from children with growing pains, weekend warriors to professional athletes and everyone in between! Becky also has a special interest in Rugby injuries after suffering many of her own, across a playing career at Bristol Bears Women. Becky’s diary is also open to those patients using many insurance schemes and is CSP & HCPC registered.
